A volunteer is shown a penny, a nickel, a dime, and a small "vault" on a table. While the magician's back is turned, the volunteer is instructed to put one of the coins in the vault. Of the two remaining coins, the larger denomination is placed in the specatator's right hand and the lower denomination is placed in their left hand. The magician then turns around and telepathically can tell which coin is where!
